Try to learn something new everyday that will help your progress your growth as a human being in the ever changing world where ideas and information are now easily accessible to you. Don't get caught up in the materialism of world, which will add o stress and depression, remember money comes and goes, but your health is your longevity.Spend more time with the ones that care about you, and less time around the people that belittle your goals and ambitions. Quit those hazardous things that are bad for your health and take on more physical exercises, like nature filled adventures. Remember the world is your domain, and here for you to explore one time, so travel and venture out to the shores, hills, valleys, peaks, etc. Take up hiking, fishing, mountain biking, rock climbing, etc, things that will help your health and boast your confidence, and direct you to a better and healthier living.
